Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

To access bo88's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active Account with bo88. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment accounts, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to your personal details must be communicated to bo88 support promptly.
• bo88 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any of the funds within it to any third party.
• bo88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation to the email address provided. You are responsible for ensuring that communication from bo88 is not blocked by spam filters.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bo88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

bo88 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from bo88 that requests your account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

• You must notify bo88 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• bo88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• bo88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account, available from the account security settings panel.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bo88 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bo88 supports the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be communicated within the cashier section of your account.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

Betting Rules

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bo88 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all funds subject to review and potential forfeiture:

Intellectual Property

All content on the bo88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of bo88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bo88 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the platform or its content.
• Any collection or use of product listings, descriptions, or pricing for the benefit of another operator or commercial entity.
• Any derivative use of the platform or its content.
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of a third party.

Unauthorised use of bo88's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law, and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
